We repaired massive structural cracks on the listed first ever built mass concrete building located in Newark, Nottinghamshire. English Heritage approved the methods. The cracks up to 75mm wide were stabilised by the installation of large diameter long stainless steel stitching rods grouted into position with cementitious grout. We also carried out substantial concrete repairs to the walls of the building being converted into flats.
