Terms and conditions

3 Year Standard Guarantee

1. We undertake to repair any defect in our workmanship or design of repairs for a period of 3 years from the installation date.
2. Incorrect workmanship or design shall mean components are missing from the repair, materials have deteriorated or the repair has become detached from the substrata.
3. Where the customer or his advisor designs the repair this Guarantee must be confirmed in writing by us within our quotation.
4. The Guarantee covers up to the original cost of labour and materials in the replacement of the defective repair only, as detailed in our original quotation.
5. Any coatings or covering we have applied will be repaired locally to the repair only and not to the whole building.
6. Leak sealing is Guaranteed where the polyurethane has left the surface completely dry for at least a 30 day period.
7. This Guarantee excludes damage caused to the repairs from sources we have no control over including erosion by the weather, mechanical damage, general wear and tear, structural overloading and thermal movement of the building being repaired, ingress of moisture into the substrate, subsequent structural alterations or repairs to the structure, any materials change to site conditions.
8. This Guarantee does not include cover for the clients incidental costs such as disruption to business, personal expenses, professional fees, removal/replacement of existing finishes to access the repairs, work carried out by trades seperately employed by the client or repairs to other components of the building not installed by ourselves.
9. This Guarantee is given in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect or limit them.

10 Year Extended Guarantee - Cost 7.5%* contract sum (Minimum charge £500)

1. We undertake to repair any defect in our workmanship or design of repairs for a period of 10 years from the installation date.
2. Incorrect workmanship or design shall mean components are missing from the repair, materials have deteriorated or the repair has become detached from the substrata.
3. The Guarantee covers up to the original cost of labour and materials in the replacement of the defective repair only, as detailed in our original quotation.
4. Any coatings or covering we have applied will be repaired locally to the repair only and not to the whole building.
5. Leak sealing is Guaranteed where the polyurethane has left the surface completely dry for at least a 30 day period.
6. It is a condition that the repaired structures are visually inspected at years 3,6 and 9 by ourselves to monitor defects to our repairs and general condition of the building or structure.
7. This Guarantee excludes damage caused to the repairs from sources we have no control over including erosion by the weather, mechanical damage, general wear and tear, structural overloading and thermal movement of the building being repaired, ingress of moisture into the substrate, subsequent structural alterations or repairs to the structure, any materials change to site conditions.
8. This Guarantee does not agree to cover the clients incidental costs such as disruption to business , personal expenses, professional fees, removal/replacement of existing finishes to access the repairs, work carried out by trades seperately employed by the client or repairs to other components of the building not installed by ourselves.
9. This Guarantee is given in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect or limit them.

10 Year Helifix System Helibeam Approved Installer scheme

1. This Policy is Insurance backed by Helifix Ltd and the terms are shown here.
2. The cost of this Warranty is between 8% and 10% of the contract sum subject to a minimum charge of £150.
