Cementitous grouting & tying rubble filled walls including pattress plates and structural mesh installations

A listed cottage in the heart of Shakespeare country suffering from bulging external walls where the loose rubble fill had collapsed exerting pressure on the external and internal stone masonry skins. The walls were stitched through the thickness of the walls using stainless steel ties, a surface structural mesh fitted externally to reinforce the stonework. The cavity voids were filled carefully with a stabilising grout.
